'This time, my experience was just average. The person at the reception had no information about my booking and mentioned that since he had not confirmed it, the stay was not guaranteed. As a result, there was quite a delay during check-in.
Secondly, unlike my previous stay, drinking water was not readily available at the hotel. I also received several calls regarding checkout, and my request to extend the checkout by just one hour was not accommodated. Overall, the experience was disappointing...

'The whole experience for my parents was horrible. The water seemed contaminated with all yellow coloured water. The rooms were not anywhere the quality a 4 star ratings (and the money) deserves. The service was also subpar.
Won't book or recommend this to anyone! '

'We stayed at the bungalow for 8 days. The design and amenities were brilliant. The property is very well maintained. The dining staff and menu were great. There is a game room we enjoyed. The view outside the balconies and terrace of rural bengal is great. This is located close to some great dining options within 5-10 minutes. Overall much better than crowded resorts in Shantiniketan.'

'I paid for my attorney to stay at that property. There was no phone in the room, TV did not work they had to send someone to fix the TV every time she wanted to watch. The generator only keeps 1 light and a fan on. I will never use that hotel again.'

'If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside.
We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning.'
