'The sofas were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Upon arrival, the employee responsible for preparing the access cards did not show up to provide my card. Instead, I was given a key that did not work properly, leaving me waiting until the following morning for the employee to arrive and provide the access card. On the second day, there was no water. Additionally, whenever I turned on two air conditioners simultaneously, the electricity kept cutting off and...

'The place is authentic and beautiful, the room have nice views and comfortable. The location is great berween apple trees snd in august we had to wear a javket at night.'

'We stayed in an executive double room, and we were very impressed. The room was very large, with a king-size bed, desk, and reading chair. The bed was quite comfortable, with 2 kinds of pillows. The room also had a large balcony, which gave us a great view of the city and mountains in the distance. The tv had a relatively large selection of English-language channels. The wifi was pretty spotty, but generally worked well enough to browse (however, it wasn't good enough to stream movies). We...

'Had such a lovely stay at Beit al Baydar. Nathalia and her team are most kind and deliver you an absolutely unforgettable stay. Beit el Baydar is a hidden gem in the mountains with an amazing view from the pool, a very relaxing terrace and comfortable rooms. The breakfast - prepared freshly in front of you - is one of the best in Lebanon. An absolute must visit if you're looking for a romantic, quiet and relaxing getaway while being close to beautiful places like Batroun and Byblos.'

'Clean room. Staff. View.'

'Mooi nieuw hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien. In laagseizoen erg rustig.'

'Breakfast was very healthy, staff very friendly of course , did not change their behaviour or kindness for the whole 21 days of our stay Highly recommended '

'Logement très bien situé et au calme pour pouvoir visiter la région. Nous avons même pu profiter des fêtes de la saint Elias, qui ont mis de l’animation 😁 Et Stephanie et sa famille ont toujours été disponible et de bons conseil.'

'great service, clean rooms and relaxing vibes'

'Friendly staff Clean room Delicious breakfast '

'Excellent hotel in unbelievable location. Wonderful spacious room with balcony view over the sea. Outstanding breakfast. Fabulous service from reception, concierge, valet. Lovely swimming across the road. Two more critical footnotes. First, the hotel's restaurant across the road served a poor dinner - heavily salted food, no bottled water given. Second, the hotel's bar kept very loud music going into the night.'
