'This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. Reception staff and property caretakers can be a little more attentive to help their guests. Overall, clean and well proportioned room at a reasonable price. " Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves. Go for the food and avoid staying."
