'The entire experience was quite disappointing. The staff was largely unresponsive, and our check-in was delayed by almost an hour. Several amenities were still under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. We had booked the room for three guests, yet basic facilities and amenities were provided for only one person. 'Access to the entrance is not handicap friendly , please improve with ramps . Breakfast buffet didnnot have many items that were listed . Front desk very helpful. '

'The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. '

'Complete hotel was unhygienic so we didn't checked in and when asked for refund they denied and said you will have to check with Expedia directly. When I called Expedia customer care the executive denied for refund and said that the hotel owner is not allowing for refund. I want my refund back asap.'
