'Goede locatie, op wandelafstand van het oude centrum. Wij verbleven 1 nacht op doorreis dus alleen om te slapen, zou het niet aanraden om echt in te verblijven, eerder voor alleen logies. De persoon met de sleutels was op tijd en vriendelijk! Er worden meerdere appartementen verhuurd ih gebouw, wij hadden een 1 kamer app. '

'We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

'Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. '

'This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

'Very clean and close to the train station, tram line and buses. Can reach Zurich airport in 1hr on a direct train. Supermarkets in close walking distance within a shopping centre that has a variety of clothes, shoes and groceries. A few restaurant options too. '

'Die Unterkunft sehr günstig gelegen, nah zum Bahnhof, Seepromenade, Schiffsanlegestelle, Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft praktisch, rationell, sauber. Es hat alles gestimmt.'

'The room was ideal for my work trip, clean, tidy and with plenty of space. The only downside was it isn’t clear on the hotels.com site that you have to go to the park hotel to check in and out. This is only a short walk and I was able to figure this out ahead of time by going on the city apartments website. '

"Incheckproces en toegang tot de kamer werkt prima (alles verloopt digitaal), kamer was erg up to date, goede bedden en toilet/douche faciliteiten. Enige punt (per persoon afhankelijk) is het gebrek aan een airco. Was nu best warm en de ventilator was niet heel fijn om te gebruiken ivm de windsnelheid "

"Check in ging wat moeizaam, systeem liep vast. Noodnummer gebeld en het probleem kon op afstand opgelost worden. Kamer was ruim. Voor ons gezin met vier kinderen ideaal. Jammer dat er geen airco in de kamer was. Wel twee ventilatoren, waarvan er maar één werkte. Raam opendoen was niet echt een optie vanwege auto’s die langsreden en veel lawaai maakten. Desondanks redelijk geslapen en volgende ochtend goed ontbijt kunnen nuttigen om weer verder te reizen."
