'Clean spacious room center of town'

'We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging...

'We had a lovely weekend celebrating 2 friends' 60th birthdays. Martyn was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The location is great too! Highlights of the trip were the Escape Rooms, A Scavenger hunt and a wonderful meal at Undercliffe House. All in all a great stay - would highly recommend! '

'We wanted quiet, peaceful, beautiful, unique and considerate and that’s what we got. To be woken up by pheasants and lambs, dinner at The Plough, logs being burnt inside and out and amazing views and walks… it was all there.'

'Very nice house with great views of the sea right on the beach. Hot tub was great.'

'We enjoyed this charming little cottage in the center of historical Rye. It was clean, good wifi (important for the kids) and the host reacted fast on my questions. My only remarks, with 4 people an extra comfortable chair would be welcome and we prefer a larger double bed. The short term parking in front of the cottage is convenient to drop off your luggage, there are many longer term car parks only a couple of minutes away. With the beach of Amber, the nature reserve and also Hastings...
