'The reservation booked through Hotels.com was not found at the property. I just asked them to give me a room for a separate payment to avoid the hassle of finding another hotel. The hotel looks good but service was terrible. No hot water, none/limited options for dining or breakfast. No other restaurants close by. TV didn’t work/only Tamil channels.'

'Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby. Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition.
