'fietsenstalling, een kosteloze upgrade van de kamer en zeer behulpzaam personeel'

'Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.'

'If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

'Price of carparking 19 euro !'

'een vrij nieuw hotel met goede voorzieningen'

'Generelt meget slidt Hotel i forhold til prisen. Ingen elevator - Ingen restaurant, men nogenlunde morgenmad'

'Oud Paleis midden in het oude prachtige centrum van KLAGENFURT. Top locatie. Hotel zelf lukt een beetje op een Sissy film.'

'Beautiful environment. Appartement was OK, Nice rustic neighborhood. Good distance from center and the lakes.'

'Fint hotell med utmerket beliggenhet midt i byen , alle severdigheter , museer og butikker like ved, gangavstand til jernbanestasjonen'

' Lage und gut, Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung primitiv.'

'Ein super schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Frische hauseigene Eier morgens und ein wunderschöner Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. '

'Ik vond het ontbijt redelijk. 7 dagen achtereen hetzelfde ontbijt. Geen enkele variatie in het aanbod. Soms lege opdienschalen voor vleeswaren en kaas. Gebakken ei soms koud.'

'The hotel is situated mid way between the lake and the city centre making it an ideal choice for the Ironman. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the hotel clean and this is somewhere where we would love to stay again.'
