'The room lacked hot water facility as well as food was below average and highly overpriced the room has no cellular network and even there was 1 wifi for 10 rooms which has low connectivity. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional'

'Room was vandalised, can’t lock properly, beds sheets were torn, unhappy staff, not clean toilets I don’t thing they cleaned for months. Lift, TV, Air conditioning nothing in working conditions.'
