'Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. '

'Great place for the kids to keep occupied with the slides, projector tv, arcade game and lego bricks. Rooms are spacious and acceptable. 2 of the toilet heaters are not working. Not sure if it's me who does not know how to operate the heater or that the heater is spoilt? However, the heater in the master bedroom works just fine.'

'I have a pleasant stay at Tri Tower. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is new and clean. It will be great to have a microwave as people will normally do not do any cooking on stove. Easy accessibility to CIQ, near Komtar JBCC. '

'Jätte dålig kontakt och information med ägaren. Enorma svårigheter i kontakten och väldigt komplicerat upplägg med deposition. Otrevligt bemötande och allmänt dåligt bemötande. Boendet i sig var ok. '

"This hotel is perfect for family if you want to go to Legoland especially family with small kids. Even just enjoyed inside the hotel for small kids it is already perfect place. Very adventurous with the Lego all over the place and a treasure hunt for the kids in the rooom"

"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting."
