'The internet was not working and being a weekend no one responded with a solution until the second day late. First day breakfast was served. Second day no one showed up to serve breakfast and we lived without power for almost 17 hours, and ran out of water! Location is great, yet there should be someone to manage and help guest, it was a price of a 4 star hotel with 2 star amenities and service. 'Perfect location and super friendly staff'

'Worst experience ever, we were alone in the middle of nowhere, no security whatsoever, no personel on the grounds, no lobby no security guard, and 0 pivacy! Glass door with no curtains, anyone passing outside can clearly see our bed fully. We couldnt sleep, we felt on edge all night feeling there is someone outside watching us, my wife was so frightened she couldn't sleep at all, anyone can come at night with a weapon and just do the inmaginable and no one would know about us. 'Wunderbar, sehr sauber und schön'

'I was very satisfied with my stay at that hotel, very clean and quiet and safe, stuff very helpful and welcoming, even I arrived 11:30 pm after hours they waited back for me and helped me with my check in , 5 star'

'Very nice location, close to the beach, dining options whilst being qiet at night. Great view from living area and balcony to watch sunsets or just the beautiful Mediterranean sea. The host was extremely nice and helpful. '

'Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it'
