'Tijdens onze huwelijksreis door Borneo hebben wij 5 nachten in Citadines doorgebracht. Super mooie moderne kamers/ appartement, alles schoon en goede service. Om 11 uur rijdt er een hotelservice busje langs drie stops waar je uit kunt stappen. Perfecte fitnessruimte met goede toestellen. Een grote mall aan de overkant en binnen 5 taximinuten aan de Riverside. Ontbijt is prima. Citadines is een echte aanrader!!!'

'Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay. '

'Good location, 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Kuching waterfront and 5 minutes from Aeon Mall, thus easily accessible to most places. However, the hotel did not provide slippers for all 3 nights of our stay, saying that there is no stock and still waiting for a new supply!'

'Overall everything was perfect , just that the pool was only for an adult . They dont provide pool for kids . So , it was very hard for those who bring their kids to swim there. '

'Check-in was very smooth. Nick was very responsive when we needed anything. There were 5 of us and only 2 keys so need to coordinate when you go out. Key was needed to use the elevator. Lots of space. Mall has food court and restaurants. Did not use parking facilities. Used Grab and convenient pickup and drop off. I would stay here again. Did not use kitchen other than the fridge. Super nice to have a filtered drinking machine. Did laundry and dried on clothes rack. Lots of room. Need...
