'Magnifique vue sur le lac. Le personnel est insuffisant : une seule personne fait des allers-retours entre le spa et la réception. L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, car il fait très vieux. Aucune trousse de toilette n’est mise à disposition ; au vu du prix de la chambre, je pense que des pantoufles ainsi que quelques cotons-tiges ou disques de coton ne seraient pas de trop. Sinon, la chambre était très propre.'

'Séjour magnifique, l’appartement était comme sur les photos, on se sentait vraiment comme à la maison ❤️ la communication avec le personnel était très bien, la literie était impeccable et il y avait tous le matériel nécessaire en cuisine, en salle de bain et une buanderie également.
