'Zero maintenance, trash is thrown in the valley by the hotel staff, takes hours for food preparation, no room service, same curry, dal everyday for every meal. For the price they charge, it was pathetic. Room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. '

'The property is too good. I want to extend my thanks to Hemant sir/ staff for such a wonderful and smooth stay. Food is also really good. Our favourite part was the pool since it was clean and the amenities were really good. I would recommend people to come and have a relaxing time of their life in the property. '

'Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.'

'Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious '
