'The cleaning staff - Aditya did a very good job at keeping out room spotless everyday and providing all the amenities when requested. The Arbor Kitchen staff also served our breakfast , dinner and deinks very well. Thanks to Mr. Jaykumarfor attending us everyday during our breakfast and dinner meals. Also thanks to Mr.Ankur , Mr. Abhishek for serving and making us special drinks. As well as shout out to Mr. Vaibhav.'

'Clean rooms, very spotless property, staff that know how hospitality works. definitely a property to revisit. Side note; in the morning then receptionists had no change. Instead of telling this she just printed out the bill and said nothing. Until I asked for my change. This was a bit of a turn off. '

'The luxury rooms are not luxurious. They dont even keep a napkin. Warm water is intermittent. The reception is non-responsive. Even though majority of the rooms were empty on the day of the checkout. They did not allow a couple of hours. They weather was good. The food at the restaurant was nice.'

'Dit hotel gekozen vanwege de wijngaarden. Dat valt tegen als je al eens zoiets in europa gezien hebt. Het zwembad is onbruikbaar zelfs bij een buiten temperatuur van 30 graden is het water ijskoud. Let op de prijzen in het restaurant! Waar overal in India 5% tax wordt gerekend is dat hier 25%. Er wordt groot reklame gemaakt voor 20% happy hour korting maar dat bleek niet voor ons wel voor indiers!?'

'It’s decent hotel overall but overpriced for kind of service it offers. It’s okay for a night stay but won’t recommend it especially if you are visiting from outside India. It lacks mere basics these days and management doesn’t care much.'
