'Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time.'

'What can I say except that this lodge was AMAZING. The lodge was immaculately clean, the décor was beautiful and everything you could possibly need was provided. The game machine in the bedroom was a bonus and the children loved playing the games. A tv in every room, soft quality towels and bedding, comfortable beds and recliner sofas. The best holiday home we have stayed in. . The host was friendly and helpful and the holiday park was great, just a short walk to the beach.. A perfect holiday,...

'Large group of friends getting together for a weekend - this was the perfect house for us and in a perfect location for all the best spots of the new forest! Beautiful with loads of space and lovely big garden for the kids and dogs. Host was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful! '

'The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended. '

'This is my second stay at the property, the check in process was so straightforward. The house is exactly how it looks on the website, there is plenty of space for 4 adults and has a secure garden for our dog. It is lovely to walk into Burley to have a drink and dinner as well as having plenty of different walks on the door step for the dog. Will definitely be booking another stay in the future'

The setting of the cottage is second to none - surrounded by the fabulous New Forest and the giant redwoods of the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive.
