'Lovely, warm and well equipped cottage in a quiet area. Comfortable beds and the whole place was super clean, definitely recommend and would stay again.'

'We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. Cannot recommend this place enough - would still be there if we could ☺️'

'This house is dated for sure (in the best way imaginable). The detail was endless, everywhere you looked there was something new and exciting to discover. Then once you get past the decor, the views were spectacular with floor to ceiling windows on both levels in room after room. Watch the ships come in and out of the shipyard was fun, especially at night. Would stay again 100%. '

'Had everything expected. The only catch was toilet in the bathroom, so people had to wait.'

'The apartment felt spacious and clean. The communication was great with owner. Right on the street with cafes, restaurants, and a 4 square, and fish n chip shop. Short drive to the beach. '

'Great accommodation, very homely. Small things like the wall light at the bathroom door helped at night. Cosey, and very close to town centre. Would stay again.'

'Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.'

'The place was neat, tidy, and very comfortable with the rooms being a good size and well appointed. The host were a delight and very helpful. The location was right opposite Pukekura park and not too far from town.I'd recommend without a doubt.'
