'Perfect location, price and convenience for Wembley stadium. Very basic but when you're out and about on the city you don’t really need any frills just a safe base. Its right next to the tube which is a real bonus. Will definitely return. If you like cat then resident cat Batman is a perfect host 🐈⬛'

'Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.

'Not the room/chalet we booked, given another one. No heating, dirty, dusty, old worn furniture. We didn't stay the night, we drove 1/2 to another town and checked into a hotel. Disgusting.'

'The room wasn’t ready when we got there & we had to wait until 4pm, we had to get changed in the toilets as we had to leave for an event. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable but that’s about the only positives really. For an apartment hotel it’s not up to standard, there is an overheating issue in the building.
