'Keurig hotel op goede lokatie. Wel veel contactgeluiden en 's nachts lawaai in trappenhuis van late gasten. Geen kleerkast op onze kamer. Maar zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening.'

'Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...

' L'appartamento esiste ed è in ristrutturazione ma è di una persona che è all'oscuro di tutto. L'host, naturalmente, non ha mai risposto ai nostri messaggi /chiamate. Anche con VRbo non è stato semplice parlare perché ai contatti riportati non ha mai risposto nessuno. Siamo riusciti a contattare expedia dalla quale abbiamo ottenuto il rimborso completo.'

'Het huis is mooi gelegen vlakbij de winkelstraat en metrostation. Grote slaapkamers met goede bedden. Je wordt goed geïnformeerd door de eigenaar bij aankomst of als je iets wilt weten tijdens je verblijf. Zeer comfortabel en fijn verblijf gehad!'

'My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The host was very understanding and flexible and having the whole place for ourselves was amazing, especially for our first trip together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s even a washing machine which was perfect for us! The apartment was clean, very close to WoodGreen station and overall, everything was great. I would 100% come back and I really recommend it!'

'Comfortable very well equipped chalet. The chalet had everything I needed - kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also tv. Comfortable bed too. The setting is lovely right on the river bank and useful to have parking right next to the chalet. There was also some outdoor space and walks right from the chalet. '

'My stay was fine, the property is well-kept. But there was no wardrobe, and no hangers supplied with the clothes hanger. The reception was warm and supportive. '

"21st of June, 30 degrees Celsius, no working airconditioning and till six in the morning loud noises of drunk people, men and women, next to the entrance under our window! Next day we did get another room but for sure one day and night completely a terrible experience! "

"Fijn hotel, ,metro is dichtbij en je bent snel in het centrum van Londen. Kamers zijn netjes ingericht en schoon. Als tip zou ik graag mee willen geven dat het fijn zou zijn als er iets van variatie bij het ontbijt kan zijn. Nu was er elke dag precies hetzelfde. Dat was goed, maar na meerdere keren hetzelfde ontbijt had iets anders ons nog beter gesmaakt"

"The staff is amazing, the room was very nice. Great location on a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great food and nice bar. The only think i did not like was the smell of sigarettes/sigars on the 4th floor.( the hallway). I told the staff about this but i smelled it al the three days....i think the smell is in the carpet or the wall or something but they should look into that for the future. Overall great stay ,nice people, good food and great location. "
