'Room was very clean and the hotel staff very very, very very helpful location is central close to the fish market and the Clocktower, which are drop points for many car service for convenience. It’s a good location.'

'The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I...
