'We had a nice stay in this hotel. The location in the middle of the coffee fields was unique. Although the service in the restaurant was a bit slow we were served fantastic food. The tenderloin steak was the best. Beatifully appointed large rooms, enough to sleep the four of us. We would have loved to join the coffee tour but apparently the last one leaves at 14.00 hrs. All in all we would definitely stay here again.'

'Staff was very courteous and responsive. Cabin was fairly clean. The staff was quick to help - our instant water heater failed twice, even though we followed instructions carefully. They got it back working right away. The small refrigerator had a freezer compartment, solid with frost, but they replaced the unit right away. It gets very cold in the unit at night. It would be nice to have a small heater for us older folk. Overall it was a nice experience . Breakfast was delicious!!'
