'I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . 'The hotel did not honour as advertised on their third party platform on Expedia about the breakfast buffet. I paid for them when I booked the reservation online. Anyways once I checked in, the receptionist told me that I did not have breakfast included. Ultimately, since it was late I could not make another reservation, I end up staying. '

'I had a reservation on 17-sept till 28 sept and allready paid online. When we were there at hotel maharaja the hotel is not the same like from the pics from hotel.com.
