'Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. 'A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge. Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. 'Comfortable very well equipped chalet. The chalet had everything I needed - kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also tv. Comfortable bed too. The setting is lovely right on the river bank and useful to have parking right next to the chalet. There was also some outdoor space and walks right from the chalet. '

"21st of June, 30 degrees Celsius, no working airconditioning and till six in the morning loud noises of drunk people, men and women, next to the entrance under our window! Next day we did get another room but for sure one day and night completely a terrible experience! "

"The staff is amazing, the room was very nice. Great location on a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great food and nice bar. The only think i did not like was the smell of sigarettes/sigars on the 4th floor.( the hallway). I told the staff about this but i smelled it al the three days....i think the smell is in the carpet or the wall or something but they should look into that for the future. Overall great stay ,nice people, good food and great location. "

"Mooi vrij nieuw hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Jammer dat het in en uitchecken zo lang duurde omdat men niet het juiste betaal apparaat beschikbaar had voor Visa kaarten uit de EU.. Daarnaast werkte de sauna en het stoombad nog niet een uur na openingstijd."
