'het hotel is groot gebouw en ziet er goed onderhouden uit. het is wel typusch engels stene buitenkant hout van binnen dit houdt in houten vloeren als men op de gang staat te praten hoor je deze het lopen zelf heb ik niet goed gehoord onbijt engels gebakke ei roer ei champignons bacon wortsjes tomaat en bake beans en continental deze bestaat uit brood croisants chocobroodje en diverse jams en boter geen ham of kaas fruitsalade niet vers. zwembad en de fitnes sauna stoomruimte is ideal. la...

'What you pay is what you get. Very basic and the bed was bad. Very soft and you feel the springs with every turn. Noisy outside. Our room was next to the road. '

'The staff were very friendly and helpful,but this is the only plus for the Hotel, the room was very tired and dated,the room below housed a number of males who talked all night and into the early hours,so much so i had to use ear plugs to try and sleep,the reception is to the side of the building as the front entrances are no longer used,the car park looks like a disused carpark,i didnt have the breakfast,as i didnt want to stay any longer than needed'

'I paid on arrival at 5:10pm, to be then asked for my card details in full that made me feel uncomfortable so l froze my bank card. So glad l did as the young girl tried to charge me again 4 times from 9pm up until 9:30pm, she clearly gave up and although the Manager Islam was helpful l am yet to receive assurance via email that their error won’t be duplicated. 'We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

'It is being refurbished., so a few problems. Room was clean, towels spotless.plenty of parking spaces. Staff including cleaner's couldn't do enough for us, they were excellent. We have stayed there before and will again.'

'Handige ligging midden in het centrum van Stafford. Authentieke coach inn. Vriendelijk personeel. Parking achteraan. Je loopt zo van de parking het hotel binnen. Lekker ontbijt, maar beperkt aanbod. Ook mogelijkheid om te lunchen en/of dineren. Ook een gezellig terras is aanwezig. Hotel beschikt over een lift.'
