'The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. One minor gripe - when we set the sofa bed up, the mattress was dirty, covered in dust and food crumbs from the previous stay. Otherwise the apartment is comfortable and in a good...

'Een ruim appartement met een dubbele badkamer (douche en bad) waarin het goed vertoeven is. Wel een lawaaiige buurt omdat het plein beneden een bar heeft en als klankbord dient. Vooral in het weekend is er veel geschreeuw. Het tweepersoonsbed is wat smal en het veren matras doet mij aan mijn studententijd denken. Wifi is traag en niet altijd aanwezig. Wel heel vriendelijke receptionisten en alles binnen New Castle op loopafstand. Tikkeltje te duur.'

'We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town. Only small gripes are that we would have liked more utensils/ crockery, it would also be nice if there...

'The property is overall really good, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really good they provided me with extra towels at no additional cost. Safe parking and location of the hotel is exactly to be on point, especially if you are visiting the city center. '

'We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. '

'It was not how it was described in the advert. Di not be misled. Its a student dig. So expect as such even if the advert painted it as an apartment'

'The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.'

'We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend '

'This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.'

"Wij hadden de ‘river view’ kamer: Een geweldige en ruime kamer met een fantastisch uitzicht op de rivier en een aantal bruggen. Heerlijke bedden! Koffie en thee beschikbaar en koelkast gevuld met drankjes gratis. Ontbijtbuffet heerlijk vers en heel uitgebreid. Hotel in centrum van de stad. Bij een probleem met parkeren werden we uiterst vriendelijk geholpen. Geduldig personeel wat echt probeert mee te denken. "

"Good bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space. Very near to all restaurants and shopping mall and Grainers market. Parking available at the hotel at a first come first serve basis (200 meter further along). Not good: no dining/breakfast table! Old couch. Lamp in bedroom that did not go out. A lot of noise due to traffic until the late evening."
