'We had previously eaten at this hotel and were so impressed that we decided pay another visit and stay the night. We were not disappointed. The room was excellent. Every member of staff we met were warm and friendly and the cooked breakfast was superb. Appledore is such a lovely destination and a stay at the Royal George makes it all the more special. 'Clean Room/ Restaurant Closed'

'Goede kamer, wel met gedeelde badkamer, wat voor ons geen probleem was. Wel had het wat schoner gekund en het is heel gehorig. Op vrijdagavond waren er veel dronken mensen buiten aan het schreeuwen tot midden in de nacht, gelukkig hadden we oordoppen mee. Er is een keuken, waar je je ontbijt/eten kan klaarmaken met koelkast, dus dat is fijn! '

'The Lodge was clean and presented well. However lounge furniture especially chair needed cleaning on the arms. Staff very helpful when i lost earring down the bathroom sink. However one thing not done after being highlighted was road night lights not working. We extended our stay as well.'
