'My expectation was it was supposed to be a high end star hotel.. but rooms are outdated, some mold smell. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience by changing our room three times. The property and rooms needs many upgrades. Staff, restaurant , food everything else is awesome.'

'The property was a great stay for us. We travelled with a 6 month old baby and I informed them in advance about this. They made sure that the stay was comfortable for us and our baby as well. They also didn't use any chemicals for cleaning the room so that baby doesn't feel discomfort. Very thoughtful managers. Loved the stay!'
