Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

'We stayed and on entering were very impressed with the size/decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed as a party of 6. The location was quiet and we didnt see a soul.
