'We had been looking forward to coming here for a few years but it sadly didn’t live up to standard. The photos on the listing are outdated (taken when the property first opened years ago) The property is now looking tired and the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to have much of a clue! Our waitress took one drink order at a time! We have stayed in much nicer and better value for money lodges in the park. The safari however was exceptional and our ranger was outstanding in knowledge.'

'Amazing lodge in most amazing safari and game reserve park! Very well organized with breakfast lunch and dinner served in between the game drives. The food was super good and the wildlife guides and drivers are amazing! We saw so many wild animals!!! Ecen live chases of lions going for a kill. Hyenas ckeanung up left over carcasses. Incredible scenery'

'Absolutely loved this property!! Charming, small boutique hotel feel with only 6 lodges (rooms). Very friendly staff, excellent food and VERY experienced rangers taking you 2x a day on drives around the reserve. Stuart, Barry and Elliott are all three FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend this property. '

'We had a wonderful stay at this lodge. Everything was amazing. The food was delicious. The safari rides were unforgettable. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The rooms were comfortable. 'This place is absolutely remarkable with a staff that takes it up a level. Mgmt. team Heidi and Michelle were excellent and always upbeat. Andres our guide did his absolute best to track everyone of the big five even in the rainy weather. Even with rainy weather for 3 of our 4 days we got to see 4 of the 5.'

'My husband and I loved our stay at the Bush House. We stayed there for three nights and wish we could have stayed more. The food was delicious. The service was amazing. 'Either Hotels.com or Volatone STOLE MY MONEY. I booked but when i got there to check in i was told Volatone is not registered with Hotels.com. I then tried calling Hotels.com without success and even my email was not responded. So this was all a scam. Basically my money was stolen. '
