'This is a great property. Peaceful, surrounded by fields & forests, birds singing, and fresh air. Wonderful parks and trails near by. Dan was a great host. I want to come back and stay in the fall and winter. This would also be a great place for a family get away'

'We stayed while my adult daughter had a full week worth of appointments at Mayo. It was so comfortable and homey. She was able to have her own space for napping. I was able to walk easily to the small grocery store. We walked to Mayo and St. Mary’s but sometimes took uber. The home was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. It was great to have pryex to store leftover food in. The owners also reached out to check on us after some severe weather. I felt very safe in this home and walking in...

'Stayed here for one night as we passed through on a road trip. Great value place with three bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. The AC devices with will for the living room able the main bedroom. Other bedrooms are a bit warm. But the fans worked well enough. I'd stay here again!'

'Chris was very responsive and always had an open line of communication with us. The house was a little dated and creaky, but insanely charming and cozy! The only thing I will note (and may have missed in the listing) is the AC for the house is just two window units upstairs, but it still remained nice and cool throughout the house while we were there and did not cause us any issues!'

'Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. '
