'Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland.'

'We are so glad to have found this house! The interiors were beautifully renovated and designed. It’s clear that the owner put very careful thought into every little detail and to ensure that guests had a seamless experience. 'The house was so beautiful and extremely clean, and well cared for. The property is very nice ,we enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub too. 'Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. 'Serene and beautiful. More spacious even than it looks online. Wonderful place to retreat to with a group of couple friends or a family visiting the beautiful mountains and farms in the area. Feels like you’ve disconnected from the world, yet a great coffee shop and fully stocked supermarket are a few minutes ride. The hosts were very kind and communicative. Check in was a breeze. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!'

Hotel voor als het niet anders kan

"Dit hotel is ons erg tegengevallen. De reviews vielen niet tegen maar het hotel des te meer. De kamers en bedden waren goed. Maar het was zeer luidruchtig met gasten van discutabel niveau. Een keer is zelfs de politie geweest om iemand op te halen. De ontvangst was buitengewoon slecht. We waren met een groep. Aanvankelijk werd er doodleuk gezegd dat we niet gereserveerd hadden. Toen werd deze wel gevonden, eerst maar voor een beperkt aantal gasten maar na ruim 1,5 uur (!!!) had iedereen eindelijk z’n kamer."

"Heel fijn verblijf, zeer vriendelijk personeel! We kregen gratis ontbijt van de mevrouw die ons incheckte. Personeel is heel erg behulpzaam. Heel fijn dat er wasmachines en drogers aanwezig zijn. De kamer was ook erg ruim. "
