'The property was located at the tip top of the mountain, which had beautiful views. The grounds are well-maintained. Elevators worked perfectly. Our stay was super comfortable very clean. Everything we needed was provided easy parking. It was a little warm in the room but the amazing views made up for no AC'

'Easy check-in experience. Strict policy on guest count. Somewhat dated property with some appliances in need of repair. Bring toiletries as no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash is provided. Overall great time in Lake Tahoe thanks to this property'

'This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?'

'The apartment is cute and clean. The area is very safe. The five flights of stairs are tough on a daily basis. '

'It would be nice to have coffee/ cream provided at check in. Also more outside seating on the deck. The removal of the extra table on the deck would allow space for this.'

'My husband and I stayed here for his 60th bday. We enjoyed our two night stay. It a pretty place and the hot springs/tubs were an added benefit. Be careful though and test the temperature of the water before rushing in, as one of the pools was scalding hot. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. '
