'The house is a little rustic, but everything was clean/in good working order and it has plenty of space. It is only 18 minutes from great off-roading at SMORR and there was plenty of space for parking. There are a handful of gas stations and good restaurants just a few minutes away, but the house itself is a little out of the way so it is nice place to relax. I enjoyed the front porch with a view of the valley across the way.'

'We had a wonderful stay here. The layout worked great for us, and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. A/C worked well, and the home is in a quiet spot in the neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We would stay again when in the area. '

'This was so far our best little get away! The location is beautiful with great neighbors (Rex and Timalee the owners)! They were so respectful and very friendly making sure we didnt need anything. The loft was beautifully designed and decorated. Plenty of space yet not to big. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, it was a joy yo talk with you both!'

'My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines. It was like a perfect paradise in the middle of nowhere, but it was easy to get to town and other locations. It is perfectly placed.Additionally, the house was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with anything we could possibly need. We will be back in the future!'

'We loved our stay at this rental. The neighborhood was quiet, with many beautiful homes, and the space worked well for our group. I loved the historical details throughout the house. The only thing I would mention is that if you have younger children, the floors are pretty noisy. It wasn't a big deal for us with teenagers, but it might be different with younger children who go to sleep early. We loved this house, and would definitely stay there again if we were in the area. '
