'Winchester Bay Inn is only a block from the north end of the harbor. Not central, but it is a quieter location. You can see the sky above the ocean from the window (if it is not foggy). The parking is right outside the lower floor rooms. The Inn is old, but the rooms are very clean. '

Overall this hotel felt dirty, smelled weird and you hear people walk the hallway all the time (earplugs are necessary!). Worst of all is the uninterested clerk when I called them, I left something in my room and after contacting them (only by phone, there is no email address) he was just completely unfriendly and was just being silent.
