'This property is a nightmare, terrible condition, no power back generator. The point contact disappeared on me and let me and my family to struggle with no electricity overnight. Mind you I had 8 month baby and I mentioned to the point contact that via message asking for help and he read my messages and ignore me asking for help. This property just wants your money and leaves you to stranded and struggle. I hope Expedia shuts this place down, I wouldn’t recommend this place not even to my worst...

"We stayed in a room with seaview and a balcony. The appartment was huge! The bathroom was very big with a nice and big shower. The bedroom was ok,the bed was good. There was also a kitchenette and a very nice and long sofa where you could watch television. The balcony had a bath. Breakfast is served at the Italian bakery downstairs.There's a lot of choice to eat. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. In walking distance you have a lot of restaurants,bars,shops,... We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Las Terrenas ! "
