'Mooi gerenoveerde kamers, jammer genoeg worden ze niet goed proper gemaakt. Gans de badkamer rook muf omdat die gepoetst werd met een muffe doek.Overal nog haren in de badkamer. Jammer, want moest de badkamer wel fris en proper zijn geweest, was dit een perfect verblijf.'

'I found neon toy drums in my window. I could see the bathroom floor was dirty and unmopped. There was a white liquid stain on my chair. The wallpaper was washed out in areas. The rooms need to be truly cleaned. Lastly on night two it was noisy in the lobby past 2am and I could not sleep.'

'The room and bathroom and bedroom was very clean. So is the kitchen. The staff is also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because...

'Robert was a fun and welcoming host. Dubuque in February was not a super-lively place but we made the most of it. Construction across the street woke us around 7 am, making the 8 am do-or-die breakfast schedule understandable. The building is a living and breathing treasure. We enjoyed the video souvenir of our stay.'
