'We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication....

'It was a great experience overall! As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. With this being said the main bedroom as a window cooling unit that does amazing but mainly just for that room. Cozy mountains home with modern applicances in every room. 'Jeff was great. The check in/check out was so streamlined. It was hot out, so we had an issue with AC. Sent Jeff a message, who was quick to respond with a resolution. Perfect. It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room. '

'This was our annual family vacation. There are 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids). The property is outstanding. Very scenic. We saw deer and fox and hiked the trail on the property. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We found the house to be very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Be sure to go by the house first before going to the store. Short drives to all the sights in the area. Would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Diana & Matt for being such great hosts. '
