'First time staying here, was only here for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was open, unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Lots and lots of places to sit outside of your room, choose comfortable cushion chairs or at tables to play games. Definitely will stay here again. '

'Room was clean but had only 2 towels even though 3 people were booked to stay. The pool was murky and there were no pool towels. Check in was odd, we arrived after check in time but the employee didn’t know which rooms were available. Asked for towels to shower after the pool bc we had to use regular towels to dry off. We were given pool towels. We tried to explain that we used the towels in the room to dry and needed regular towels but were told to return after we used the pool towels. Nothing...

'The was were so thin you could hear people walking and rolling chairs on the floor till 3:30 in the morning . Clean and beds were good . '

'Room 316 had wet plaster fallen from the ceiling and wet plaster all over the floor, and beds...Front desk did nothing to make it right, left us stranded in their lobby at midnight fending for ourselves to find a different hotel... TERRIBLE '

'Changed our original itinerary to this hotel due to it having a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and pool was ice cold. Shower water didn't stay hot and the way the room was set up couldn't see the TV.. Very disappointed with this hotel. Had to go all the way down to the front desk just to get ice also. Not at all what I was expecting. '

'The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing! If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off! The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!'

'The hotel was pretty decent for the price. Hotel staff was nice and the internet decent. The room was slightly outdated, but I had a very good night's rest. Breakfast did not have any fresh sandwich spreads like cheese or sliced meat, but otherwise acceptable.'

'There was a few areas for food choices, i choose bdubs... I have no pets but there was a dog chilling with the owner in the lobby, seemed pet friendly.'

'Parking lot was dark, room was clean, but no phone, breakfast was terrible, make your own coffee with machine, ants and bugs crawling on countertops, bread, cereal, oatmeal, fruit cups, some juice and bagels only on one morning. Outside was not appealing either. Felt abandoned. Needs updated, but not busy at all, maybe 2-3 customers....very dilapidated.'
