'New build or newly remodeled. Condo was spacious and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as a pasta strainer and a wine opener (thankfully we had one with us). Would rent again. '

'The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so...

'Everything was perfect. Place was clean, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the river and park. Was also a short walk to downtown. Everything we needed was provided.i highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Salem.'

'We thought the property was great. Michael was a great host and answered our message quickly. The home is very nice, the yard and walk to the sea was so great. My grandchildren loved that we could go through the dunes and get to the sea. high five... Amazing Grace, Rebecca and Family'

'Great little place tucked away and quite. We had our morning coffee on the deck then walked down to collect sea glass.Great spot, not too far from downtown either for dinners etc. We would come back again!'

'The apartment was beautifully kept. Everything was very clean and overall was very comfortable. It was a 20 minute walk to all of the attractions, and the coffee shop a couple blocks away was our favorite breakfast spot. I would highly recommend this property for future stays! '

They were also generous with foods available (coffee, etc) in the apartment.We suggest stopping at a proper grocery store prior to arrival however, because there is a bit of a food desert around the house (more convenience shopping than groceries)Thank you for making us feel welcome'

'We only had the chance to come down to Salem for one night on this trip but this unit was so conveniently located and everything we could ask for. We are already talking about planning another trip to the area and hope to get this same place again next time. '
