'Het was zeker een mooi hotel, de kamer was netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt was goed, voldoende aanwezig en alles werd bijgevuld. Er kon een hele dag koffie, thee en warme chocomel gezet worden, alleen deze waren niet altijd meer warm. Toch was het wel even lekker om hier gebruik van te maken. Op de kamer was ook een koffie automaat, koelkast, magnetron en benodigde spullen voor douchen aanwezig. Wij waren over het hotel heel tevreden. In de buurt op loopafstand genoeg om te eten en wat winkels....

'Het betreft een mooi en netjes hotel. Wij hadden dit hotel echter geboekt om het zwembad en de hottub voor 2 nachten. Toen wij incheckten bleek echter dat het zwembad en de hottub vanwege onderhoud waren gesloten, dit was wel een teleurstelling voor ons. De volgende dag was het zwembad echter weer open, alleen de hottub was nog niet bruikbaar. De receptionist gaf ons als tip naar het winkelcentrum 5 minuten verderop te gaan om ons te vermaken aldaar en dat was zeker een goede tip. Groot...

'Heerlijk hotel, vlak bij metro'

'They are renovating the 12 floor right on top of our room the drilling noise wake us up before 8 am. Also the mini fridge was not cold enough for the insulin, 2 ice machines were out of service I had to order to 7 eleven uber eats a bag of ice to make sure the medication didn’t go to waste'

'Ivm Corona zelf bedden opmaken en badkamer drogen, dagelijks vragen om schone handdoeken. Vragen om housekeeping om schone lakens, 1 maal verschoond. Vooraf werd gevraagd om mondkapjes te dragen terwijl andere gasten en ook personeel dit niet deden. Ook zelf toiletpapier gekocht. T.V. Met slecht beeld. Van meerdere problemen foto’s gemaakt. Bijv. Bedrand los op de grond, lakens met gaten/scheuren.'
