'When we arrived and checked in, we were told that we would need to pay $20 to park our car in the hotel parking lot. I feel that is ridiculous , how else could we stay there?? And then on top of that another $20 feet for “incidentals”, and if we don’t damage to the room we would get $15 back. Also, the bathroom toilet is set so low, it was difficult to use. This was very disappointing. I won’t use Courtyard Marriot again.'

'Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!'
