"Beautiful location and absolutely lovely owners! They only speak French but are very accommodating even with a language barrier. They live above the studio and are frequently available. The apartment has a sea view and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is very nicely renovated inside. Everything is modern and clean. The only downside is that it is adjacent to the shared basement/laundry, which is musty smelling and there is a (non-locking) non-sealed door which let's in the smell a bit (probably worse when it is very warm and humid). If you have breathing problems/allergies you may not want to stay here. Otherwise it was perfect!"

"Résidence en bordure de plage attention c'est une plage de galets néanmoins vous avez la possibilité de vous balader sur des planches en bois jusqu'au dune. Petit villa ge sympathique avec quelques restos, une boulangerie, une pizzéria, un magasin carrefour et quelques autres boutiques. A visiter absolument pas loin à voiture Mers-les-Bains, Le Tréport et le Crotoy. En ce qui concerne la résidence même le mobilier est défraichi et nous laisse la possibilité de faire le ménage nous-même mais vous devez prévoir vos produits d'entretien, seau, raclette et serpillère"
