'The house is comfortable, inviting and spotless. Great hospitality, definitely welcoming. Beautiful, quiet, relaxing setting. Unfortunately for us, we didn't check the distance to/from Bryant Denny Stadium. But absolutely enjoyed staying at the Bama Gathering Place.'

'This is a lovely cabin surrounded by trees in a peaceful environment. It is convenient to Jasper, AL and therefore it is a short drive to Bankhead National Forest, 20 minutes to Clear Creek Recreation Area, 30 minutes to Smith Lake, 1 hour to Birmingham, and 1.5 to Tuscaloosa. 'This property was the perfect size and location for our family of four, traveling with our dog. Upon arrival, we did have some concerns over the condition that the previous guests had left the property, but our host was incredibly responsive. He offered to send over the cleaning crew and even sent some new cookware via Instacart. We really appreciated the excellent customer service. '
