'This home was very dirty and made us very uncomfortable. Do not recommend staying if you want a clean stay'

'The communication with hosts was excellent and they checked in daily to make sure all was well. This is a roomy and well kept property. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 different coffee makers, coffee, sugar and powdered creamer which will do in a pinch (until you get to the grocery to get "real" cream), Three very roomy bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. The laundry is on the main floor (big plus in these old houses). Defininitely a nice place.'

'Great little quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to some cool little restaurants and stores! Loved they had a box fan in the closet I like a lil air circulation when I sleep. Recommended spot!'

'The property was clean and well put together! As described in the listing. If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. Really though, a nice little place. We’d stay again!'

'My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend.'

'The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.'

'This property was a perfect spot and great price for our stay during the Spooky Nook tournament this weekend. The location is amazing (five minute drive) and the property had everything we needed (stocked kitchen including cold water bottles, great washer/dryer combo and comfy bed). We would definitely stay here again.'
