'The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. '

'We had a wonderful stay at Tom's apartment. The location was perfect, a short drive to great restaurants, bars and museums. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a Raleigh getaway. Also try out the Ish Deil. Very good deli spot to walk to for lunch. '

'We booked this place for July 4th, 2025-July 6th, 2025:From the start, I had some concerns regarding the previous reviews and had brought those up via message. Lucia, the host, listened to what I said and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Well she did just that and more. 'The property was beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner had left nice little touches like two laundry pods and a basket of snacks and water in the fridge. We were there for NC State Orientation. We were a 9-minute drive to the campus and a 7-minute drive to downtown Raleigh for dinner. '

'We loved the shady and privacy fenced-in back yard and toys for our two boxers. Easy communication with owners. Comfortable seating for our family of five. Clean bedding and towels. Appreciated the laundry and bathroom supplies and clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.'
