'This house has the old world charm, with today's amenities. It's about an hour away from KC sports complexes. Lawrence has a lot of interesting things to do as well. Had a nice time. '

'Our host was everything!! Very nice and professional. Very clean and plenty of room and relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay!! I will definitely book again when I come back to K.C. Missouri. They have all the amenities you could think of. All you need to have is food and clothes. 10/10'

'Property was sufficient for what we needed. Family of 3, enough room and things available to make a comfy stay. The beauty in this place is the location. I dont think you could ask for a better spot in town. Park the car and walk everywhere you could want to go. Great food, shops, entertainment are mere steps away. Will be back'

'Really great place to stay, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Communicative hosts who graciously allowed us an early check-in. Would have loved to enjoy the backyard, grill and deck but the Kansas heat dome had other ideas. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Lawrence with a group. '

'We had a wonderful time at this lovely historic home in a peaceful country setting, but also close to town. So beautifully decorated with attention to every detail: comfortable beds, charming accents, and everything was immaculately clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I hope to stay here again!'

'Bestie girl group just needed a weekend away from spouses and kids. Wanted some place between our locations that felt semi remote, but close enough to the suburbs for Mani/pedis. This place was perfect. Additionally, it has a huge saltwater hot tub, the nicest heated seat bidet ever (3 of us ordered one after leaving), anything you could possibly need, and literally the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a rental. There's also plenty of streaming services available. As our weekend was spent...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The layout and amenities were simple but enough, the pool was perfect, and the neighbors were all so lovely. The home is positioned at a three way intersection so can be a bit tricky pulling in and out and need to be a little extra cautious with littles. Other than that, we enjoyed every bit of the neighborhood, the local parks and shopping/dining within minutes. We will definitely be adding this to our favorites in hopes of staying in the future! '

'stayed for 1 night and really enjoyed it! easy check in, very clean, great size (everything looks exactly as listed), and the excellent location. i recommend pizza shuttle, which is nearby, and grabbing breakfast at the java break & walking around downtown. everything was great! '
