'There was bedbugs and i didnt even get to stay'

'Parking was good. Room was reasonably clean. The toilet lid was only held on by 1 bolt which almost resulted in a fall, water from the shower ran out into the bathroom, the microwave was just sitting in the hole for it, unplugged '

Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. 'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'

'Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

'Voor een tussenstop kwamen we uit in Florence en besloten daar een nacht te overbruggen. Zowel het hotel als Florence bleken een goede keuze te zijn. Zoals vele hotels in de US is de inrichting min of meer standaard en is het belangrijk dat alles schoon is. dat was het geval. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met voldoende keuze.'
