The room was very comfortable and beautifully done, and breakfast was lovely in the common dining room. The guesthouse sold lovely local goodies, like wine, jams and sweets! Highly recommend!'

La salle commune est géniale et l'on peut diner sur place si l'on veut. C'est juste parfait. Une de mes meilleures étapes pour déconnecter des journées de boulot, et je voyage pas mal en france.'

'I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring.'

'A fabulous place to stay, set in its own vineyard, with private tasting available. We had a charming & spotlessly clean room at the top of the building with views over the estate, a wonderful continental breakfast was included, I just wished we'd had more time to stay and relax there!'

'Wij verbleven 3 weken in het huis. Het is er ruim, overzichtelijk (wanneer je met kleine kinderen bent) en schoon. In de omgeving is niet heel veel te doen (maar met 35 graden wil je ook niets anders doen dan in het zwembad liggen): Je kan treintje rijden van Saint-Lieux-lès-Lavaur op een traject van 20 minuten naar Jardins des Martels (Botanische tuin), Heerlijk restaurant met panorama in Giroussens (Ned. sprekende ober) of de markt bezoeken op zaterdag in Lavaur. We bivakkeerden overigens...

'Ce lieu est un havre de paix . Accueil chaleureux et le propriétaire aux petits soins. Le jacuzzi chauffé a l’avance pour que l’on puisse en profiter dès notre arrivée . Le chalet est très bien aménagé et très propre. Tout était parfait et le lieu idéal pour les visites '
