'The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested.
However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day.'

'Excellently appointed room and ensuite bathroom for the price. The location is quiet and only about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus stations and cricket ground. The staff are friendly. I can highly commend Coco House.'

Can't write a review without the highest of praise for Nirmal and Erandaka too. Absolute legends. Breakfasts are ace'

'Sri Lankan Villa was one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka, and the cleanest. Everything in the villa had been thought through, and our stay was so comfortable and easy. Lovely balcony too for relaxing.
The location was perfect - close to Koggala lake, the beach, our favourite little Café Wave (try the hot lava cake), the railway line, and even the little road the villa was on was quiet and good for an evening wander.
Highly recommended.'

'The location was amazing! But that is about it. The sheets had stains on them, so did the towels, the fridge was moldy and warm, it said breakfast was included which we never got. Happy we only spent a night here, would not have spent more'
