'Gorgeous property - fabulous stay! The area offers a lot of fun activities - paddleboarding at Ruedi Reservoir, the Carbondale Farmer's Market and Rodeo, many cute restaurants and hiking. The stargazing at night was unreal. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.'

'Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We received no check-in info prior to arrival and couldn’t reach the host despite multiple calls and messages. We had to find a hotel at midnight. The next day, we finally got a response and were promised a refund for the first night. 'We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. 'House was easy to access. Kitchen had all the essentials. The hot tub, movie room and game room were big hits. Lots of space. Host was responsive. While the location was nice and private, needed to drive to get places. Not conducive to walking or biking directly from the location.'

"Middelmatig hotel prijs/kwaliteit. Ontbijt was naar Amerikaanse normen goed. Kamers zijn zeer slecht geïsoleerd en dagelijkse schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Geeft een beetje een "motel" gevoel met uitzicht op de parking. Vriendelijkheid medewerkers was afhankelijk van persoon tot persoon. Positief was aanwezigheid van zwembad en aanwezigheid van enkele padel pleinen, 's avonds mogelijkheid tot gezellig buiten samenzitten rond open (gas)haard en gratis huren van gewone fietsen (e-bikes zijn betalend). Ook ligging van hotel is prima: ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Ruime parking"
