'Gracias al personal fue que mi amigo con una discapacidad motora pudo ir al baño, y pudo ducharse, es lamentable que pongan que el hotel cuenta con las condiciones para personas es sillas de ruedas cuando no es así, el joven en la recepción fue tan empático y con don de servicio que anduvo viendo en las habitaciones en cual baño podía entrar al baño mi amigo, porque en la habitación que nos tocó no era posible la movilidad con la silla de ruedas y las camas estaban muy altas para que se pudiera...

'La única queja que tengo de el personal, es en el comedor , nos hecha e in de el comedor , supuestamente que por que iban a hacer limpieza, totalmente mentira, no hicieron limpieza, acababan de hacer la limpieza . Es la única queja que tengo sobre el personal. Al hotel le falta tener un refrigerador en el cuarto, ciudad juarez es de clima caliente, pienso que deberían de tener por lo menos un refrigerador en los cuartos , esas es mi opinion.'

'Perfect place to stay if you have appointments at the consulate. Clean and comfortable beds. Only negative to mention is that several of the rooms do not have windows. The sister hotel, also called the Mesaluna, has a pool that you have access to. Both are great properties and BOTH easily walkable to the consulate.'
